Brand readiness
You control every brand's hourly cap. There are no automatic increases. Contacts are selected from the whole master pool, warmest first.

Selection
Save each brand separately. A cap of 0 stops that brand. A domain or template bounce rate above 1.5% automatically stops that domain until reviewed.
Simulation controls
No recent engine activity.
Emails per person / day
A single total allowance across the portfolio. Different brands for each daily slot.
How contacts and templates are selected
Start with priority repeat openers, then recent engaged clients, previous engagement, and finally cold or unknown contacts.
Skip every global opt-out, bounce or other hold. A contact must have permission for the chosen brand and be due under the shared daily allowance.
Prefer the available brand used least recently for that person, then an active template they have never received. Editing old copy does not reset their template history.
Respect the hourly cap, account capacity, sending hours and the portfolio-wide frequency setting. When no fresh eligible copy or capacity is available, wait.
A successful enquiry stops outreach across all brands. Opt-outs and enquiries continue to be processed while sending is paused.
Bounce protection
Control the automatic domain stop. Bounced addresses and opt-outs are always excluded across all brands.
